    • Final Year Policy and Guidelines Folder

      General Information 

      ✅ The University Council has provided the General Guidelines and Procedures for the members of Board of Examiners and the candidate student in order to communicate in safe and convenient ways.

      ✅ The Council has issued the Academic Policy on Graduation Thesis to be referred and followed by the members of Board of Examiners and the candidate student in order to grant quality education in flexible and adaptable ways in interim challenging period.

      Information on Seminar 

      ✅ The student must upload the presentation files submitted in each seminar in the respective sessions listed below. 

      ✅ The members of the board of examiners must confirm that they have attended the seminar and evaluated the student in the respective sessions listed below.

      Information on Thesis Report and BoE Completion Report

      ✅ The student candidate must upload the thesis report file submitted to the board members. 

      ✅ The supervisor or co-supervisor must upload the BoE Completion Report (PDF format) in the last session.

      ✅ File format allowed here is PDF format. If your file is larger than 40 MB, you can split the file into two files and upload separately.
